Shipments of your package
The order processing of our items in stock is usually done within 2 days after receipt of payment or order confirmation.
It includes the editing of the order, its preparation, packaging and finally the routing to the shipping processing center (the post office, carrier or other shippers).
Delivery charges are to be paid in addition to the deliveryman.
You can choose your own carrier.
You have decided to have your own delivery, choose your carrier, contact us to arrange an appointment with him.
Currently only Vietnam is served, do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests.
Return of articles
For any request for information, contact customer service by e-mail (email@example.com). We will strive to provide you with a quick response.
Only the errors of expeditions or the products not corresponding can be the object of a request of exchange or refund, within a period of 3 days as from the reception of your parcel. Any exchange or refund is possible provided we return the intact undelivered item in its original packaging including accessories. If you respect these conditions, the after-sales service will make every effort to satisfy you. No exchange or refund for cosmetic products.
